From time to time I will be absent for longer than I would like to be on this blog. I have so much to figure out and multiple things to accomplish so I can really put all of my energy and hard work into this career. This is it, and I will absolutely fight to the finish. I love everything about photography. Capturing moments that you wish you could have back is just one of many reasons why this career is so important to me.
As a non-custodial parent to a beautiful daughter I take pride in being able to capture important moments for parents and family members to cherish for life.
Being in my situation has taught me some hard lessons about patience, character, and truth. No matter how you want to twist it, the truth can't be twisted. Learning acceptance is vital to one's happiness. I didn't learn this overnight but over many, painful nights of crying and feeling sorry for myself because I just wanted everyone around me to understand. Not something I am proud of. Learning that it is impossible for everyone to see things from your perspective has opened up a new door for me. Life has a way, and sometimes not too kindly, of letting you know that YOU are not in control all of the time. Learn from life, embrace life, and know that this is it....
